Explore far from the beaten track and city streets, hike by rugged, unpaved roads; over rough, steep, and sometimes slippery paths without handrails with amazing views of peaks, lakes, unique countrysides; and climb many high and uneven stone steps at Inca sites.
Discounts apply to anyone who has a valid STUDENT CARD at the time of the journey (Students must be under 25 years of age) or who is 17-years-old or younger. The discount is $25 USD per person.
To book a tour you need to enter in contact with our consulters and make an initial payment of $ 200USD per person, the remaining balance can be paid online in full or installments up to 30 days prior to start date, or in cash on our office upon your arrival. Also, we are going to require a scanned copy of your passport.
Our trekking staff will pick you up at your hotel at 5:00 am to travel for approximately three hours to the town of Lares, on the way will make a small stop to buy some groceries that will be donated to the people that we will visit on the Lares Valley Trek. Then we will drive to the town of Lares. Where we are going to relax in the pools before breakfast. After to enjoy our amazing breakfast still will drive for 30 minutes to the trailhead.
We will start our hike by Lares Valley Trek. We will begin with a gradual climb of 2 hours to Quiswarani 3700 masl countryside where we will enjoy our lunch with wonderful views of herds of llamas and alpacas. After lunch, we will continue ascending for another 2 hours until we get our basecamp next to the Blue Lagoon with the stunning views. Along these two hours, we are going to see beautiful views like waterfalls, lakes, llamas, alpacas, farmers working, and kids going back to home after school.
Today our trekking team will wake you up with coca tea inside your tents to combat the cold, we will have time to prepare our things before enjoying our energetic breakfast, then begin our trek in ascent for about 4 hours at a slow pace until we reach the highest point called pass of Pachacutec at 4700 meters above sea level with incredible views of lakes, peaks, it is here where we will celebrate our achievement with free time to enjoy the mountains, snow peaks, landscapes, lakes, scenery in general.
After we will begin to descend for about 1 hour until to get Accopata countryside where we will enjoy our lunch with wonderful views of the crystalline lake and snow peak, and herds of llamas and alpacas. After lunch, we will continue descending until we get to the community of Cancha Cancha Quiswarani to 3750 masl with the stunning views, of llamas, and alpacas.
Cancha Cancha that even today is isolated from roads and electricity where the ancient Inca language, Quechua, is still taught, also considered the potato lands, where people farm many varieties of organic potatoes. at night after our delicious dinner, we will make a campfire and appreciate the constellations, if you want to keep star-gazing, you may stay up for a while, before turn in to your tent.
Our team will wake you up with a hot drink and you will have some time to pack your bags and enjoy the breakfast. After breakfast, we are going to visit the students at the local school carrying our donations such as notebooks, pens, toys or clothes. Also, we will visit the house of a local resident to meet their day-to-day, traditions, customs and their mode of life.
Then we will begin to descend for 3 hours until Huaran town, through a beautiful valley accompanied by the river which descends from the mountains and has beautiful landscapes. Then we are going to have our last lunch (Pachamanca) served by our chef.
Finally, we will drive until Ollantaytambo for two hours approx. with incredible views of the landscape along the Sacred Valley. Ollantaytambo is the only living, intact Inca village. It still has many Inca water channels, houses, and walls; You will have free time to explore the town. Then we catch the early train to Machupicchu town (train times may vary, depending on availability) with the porpoise to have free time in Machu Picchu town to explore.
Upon your arrival at Machu Picchu town, you will check-in to your hotel and rest
Today after breakfast we will leave at the arranged time on a bus towards the enigmatic Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the new 7 wonders of the modern world. The bus will take about 25 minutes, then our guided tour will begin through the most interesting parts of this wonderful Inca city for about two hours, and with adequate time for you to take photos; our guided tour finishes in an exclusive point so that you can have time to enjoy a bit more the rest of Machu Picchu.
At the indicated time, you will have to take the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes so that you can have lunch and then board the train with direction to the station of Ollantaytambo or Poroy, from where you will be driven in our van to the city of Cusco and your hotel.
Note: During the excursion, you must not carry anything heavy, you must carry only your luggage, a personal backpack with your necessary items for the day

For any Trek, you need sleeping bag. We recommend a warm sleeping bags for a low temperature as -15C. Air mattresses and trekking poles are optional but recommended. If you don’t have or want to bring all these items, we have for rent.
Departure: We offer guaranteed departures since two travelers, this tour departs all the Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of the week in group service, along the 12 months of a year.
