Explore far from the beaten track and city streets, hike by rugged, unpaved roads; over rough, steep, and sometimes slippery paths without handrails with amazing views of peaks, lakes, unique countrysides; and climb many high and uneven stone steps at Inca sites.
Discounts apply to anyone who has a valid STUDENT CARD at the time of the journey (Students must be under 25 years of age) or who is 17-years-old or younger. The discount is $25 USD per person.
To book a tour you need to enter in contact with our consulters and make an initial payment of $ 400USD per person, the remaining balance can be paid online in full or installments up to 30 days prior to start date, or in cash on our office upon your arrival. Also, we are going to require a scanned copy of your passport.
At the airport our personal wait for you to transport to your chosen hotel. The rest of the day is free to acclimatize.
Today in the morning, we do not have any program activities. In the afternoon at 13th00, we will start the city tour, On this trip we will visit the Cusco cathedral; inside you can see works, that were made in wood and covered with gold, this kind of works were made by Spanish with baroque style.
After that, we will continue to the Koricancha temple knowing as Sun Temple, where build over a Santo Domingo church. Then we will leave the city with direction to the four Archaeological Sites like Sacsayhuaman place where people commemorate the Inti Raymi (Festival of the sun, the best-known party in the country), Qenqo, Pukapucara and Tambomachay (Famous Inca Baths). The finish of the trip is when we are in the hotel around 18th30
At 8th00 hours in the morning is the departure to the famous Vilcanota river valley most knowing like Sacred Valley of the Incas. On the way, we will stop in some places to see beautiful landscapes and mountains. We visit an archeological site called Pisac, that has the biggest Inca terraces that people used for agriculture, and we will visit the traditional market where you have free time to walk and interact with native people of the place or you can buy some gifts that were made by hand made.
We continue until Urubamba town to have our lunch that is a buffet in a local restaurant after this we will visit Ollantaytambo Inca town that has spectacular water channels inside the street and this town has a street made by stone with Inca characteristic. Finally, on the way back to Cusco we stop in Chinchero town, where we visit the archeological site and the beautiful colonial church. You will admire the well-preserved Inca wall in the main square.
The excitement of your Lares trail will help you arise early for your pickup at 5:00 am whether in Cusco. Within the hour we will arrive at the dusted ancient remanents of this truly awesome Pisac Inca citadel. If you are able to take your eyes off the ruins and look up towards the skies you will be memorized at the flight of the Caracara falcons hovering and circling in this infinite sky. Our guide will share with you the history of all its brilliance.
Breakfast is served high above looking down at the plunging gorges and awesome views of the Inca city and valleys. Driving onward for 40 more minutes to Huaran, we meet our horsemen and horses. Time to kit up, boots on, let’s begin our first 3 hours gradually ascending up to Canchacancha, replenishing our energy for our trek ahead with a delicious lunch prepared by our trekking chef. Canchacancha being the most isolated and self-sustainable community traditional to the core no bus route no electricity.
Reforge your connection with nature and the realness of life intertwining your energies with the locals and sharing in their homes. It would be of much appreciation to share some toys, old useful clothes, notebooks, fruit or any items. Two hours later we have completed our first trekking day and arrive at our campsite. Boots off, time to enjoy high tea with amazing views of the frozen Andean peaks.
After dinner, our guide will show you the Inca’s constellations which they depended on for their agricultural guidance and still do to this present day.
Feeling all revved up on our second day and having a delicious breakfast to start, we begin our 4-hour hike northeast an intense walk accomplishing the three high passes to the highest point of our trek called Pachacutec pass. (4700 mt / 15420 ft) This is the time to pat yourself on the back and embrace the feeling of total exhilaration and self-achievement. Compensating for the intense walk the views of the rigid glaciers, shockingly blue glacial lakes, llamas, rugged valleys and undulating farmlands. After time to enjoy the 360º views, we descend for an hour taking lunch by the mirrored glacial lake, with picturesque views of the Lares Valley with plenty of llamas and alpacas.
After siesta time we descend for 2 hours till we reach our campsite located by the Kiswarani community. (3700 mt) Taking the backroads to Machu Picchu Llama herders are readily available and the local indigenous people will open their hearts and interact with you in the Quechua language (Inca’s language). Your guide will act as your mediator to translate and teach you some Quechua language, then you get to enjoy the stunning waterfall… At the camp, everything will be ready. Enjoy afternoon tea time and dinner then snuggle in for comfortable night sleep.
“The most memorable day with new amazing views” Your adventure continues! We begin our ascension for 3 hours till we reach the Hullkiccasa Pass, (4200mt/13779ft) taking a birds-eye view reflecting in the mirror images of the glacial lakes. Time to descend for 2 hours through the boundless farmlands and pristine lakes to the Cuncani community. Connecting with the local indigenous children we will visit their school and share in some quality time with the students.
A little further on we are welcomed into the natural volcanic hot springs for an hour to soak in, do lunch and take a siesta. Time for our goodbyes for our remarkable chef and cowboy. With the body relaxed the mind begins to sway toward preparing for the ultimate experience. We take our van for 2.5 hours to Ollantaytambo where we will have dinner at a tourist restaurant. At 7.00 pm or 9.00 pm, we take our train to Aguas Calientes town, where we spend the night at our hotel. (Presidente or Hostal Machu Picchu – private room with hot shower included) Just one more sleep for the big day.
To have a great visit to Machupicchu we go out very early like 05th00 am. If we go out very early we avoid big touristic groups and we enjoy much better the visit to Machupicchu.we enjoy a spectacular sunrise over the mountains of Machupicchu if the weather is good. To go to Machupicchu citadel we will trip by bus this trip is around 40 minutes. On the way, you can see jungle sceneries.
Finally, we arrive at Machupicchu where you have 2 hours guide with our professional guide, during the guide we will visit vigilant houses, Intiwatana that is located in the top part of the citadel, Sun temple, condor temple, and other important sectors.
After the guide, you will have free time to explore the citadel. At 15th00, you have to come back to Aguas Calientes town by bus to have your lunch and take your train until Ollantaytambo. In Ollantaytambo train station our personal wait for you to transfer to the hotel in Cusco.
Around 9:00 am after breakfast we will depart towards the northwest of the Cusco city, on the route we will observe impressive landscapes such as Mountains, and agricultural areas that form part of the attraction.
The first village that we will visit is Maras, During the colonial period had its importance for the large Jesuit community installed there, you can appreciate the beauty of its carved wooden doors that belonged to the priests.
We will then continue towards the archaeological center of Moray, where we can see the magnificent agricultural Inca laboratory, formed by four amphitheaters, circular stones overlaid to a depth of approximately 150 meters.
Then we’ll visit Salineras, a point from which salt is extracted since the Inca times as a means of economic exchange, people continue to exploit this and it is also an important tourist destination because of its huge wells of Salt
Finally, we will get back to Cusco.
Today, we will take you to the airport for your flight back home or to your next destination. If you want to extend your journey to another destination in Peru we can organize it.

For any Trek, you need sleeping bag. We recommend a warm sleeping bags for a low temperature as -15C. Air mattresses and trekking poles are optional but recommended. If you don’t have or want to bring all these items, we have for rent.
Departure: We offer guaranteed departures since two travelers, this tour departs all the Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays of the week, along the 12 months of a year.
